Community Connection
● We have acute awareness of how critical a full census is and willingly participate in tours
● Provide In-Service Trainings as requested on multiple topics and techniques
● Engage and develop positive relationships with residents and staff
● Compliment community’s activities with Theme Days, etc.
● Take vital signs, temperature checks as needed
● Observe any changes with residents and their behavior and proactively communicate with Wellness team
